Prep girls soccer: Granite Falls 4, Sultan 0

GRANITE FALLS — Kaila Green scored twice in the latter part of the second half to ice a Granite Falls Cascade Conference win over Sultan (1-9 league, 1-11 overall). Winter Wirkkala was the first Tiger to get on the board, doing so in the 21st minute. Her teammate Courteney Loesche made it 2-0 just prior to halftime with her goal in the 39th minute. Tigers (5-5, 6-6) keeper Courtney Young had three saves while posting the shutout.
