Prep girls soccer: Shorecrest 1, Marysville Getchell 0

SHORELINE — Shorecrest’s Lauren Brown split the defense and scored what amounted to the game-winning kick in the 78th minute as the Scots defeated Marysville Getchell in a Wesco 3A match on Thursday.

Kate Wiper got the shutout in goal for Shorecrest.
