Espy Sanchez struck first for the Spartans with a goal in the 16th minute, assisted by Anna Depew.
McKenzie Knolls put in the equalizer for Bothell in the 24th minute.
Sarah Schafer’s decisive goal in the 46th minute won it for Stanwood.
