KIRKLAND — Amari Biggs scored a team-high 20 points as Snohomish earned a season-opening non-league win over Juanita on Saturday evening.

Peyton Hanning scored 13 points and Andrew Seminara added eight for Snohomish (1-0).

Owen Williams scored a game-high 23 points for Juanita (1-2).

Jackson 79, Burlington-Edison 70

MILL CREEK — Drilon Veliu scored 24 points and Sylas Williams added 19 as Jackson held off Burlington-Edison for a non-league win on Saturday evening.

Henry Armstong ascored 14 points and Evan Bates and Bradley Tharp added eight each for Jackson (2-0).

Zach Watson led Burlington-Edison (1-1) with 25 points.

Arlington 77, Kennewick 59

ARLINGTON — David Zachman scored a game-high 23 points as Arlington beat Kennewick in a non-league game for its first win of the season.

Ethan Martin scored 16 points and Lucas Brown added nine for Arlington (1-1).

Daniel Dickson led Kennewick (1-1) with 21 points.
