Lake Stevens 66, Everett 54

EVERETT — Lake Stevens outscored Everett 29-8 in the first quarter and withstood a furious rally from the Seagulls in the second half for the Wesco victory on Saturday.

Maddox Preder and Grayson Murren each had 20 points for Lake Stevens (6-2), and Kye Taylor added 13.

Taras Fesiienko led the way for Everett (1-6) with 18 points, and Isaiah White and Ronny Kildall each added nine.

The Seagulls cut a 23-point Vikings halftime lead to nine after three quarters, but couldn’t complete the comeback.

Edmonds-Woodway 57, Meadowdale 41

LYNNWOOD — Adonai Daniel scored 18 points and Jacob Gabler added 11 as Edmonds-Woodway defeated Meadowdale in a Wesco contest on Saturday.

Ben Hanson scored nine points, all on 3-pointers, for Edmonds-Woodway (3-5).

Leo Baquian scored a team-high 10 points and Aiden Bloomquist added nine for Meadowdale (0-8).
