MARYSVILLE — Cole Becker went 2-for-4 with a stolen base and three RBI as Lake Stevens rolled to a league win over Marysville Getchell on Saturday.

Kurtis Lingren and Colin Beazizo both went 2-for-3 with a double and an RBI, and Iain Loverink went 3-for-4 with a double and a stolen base for Lake Stevens (3-0, 1-0 Wesco North).

Marysville Getchell fell to 1-3 on the season and 0-1 in league play.

AUBURN — Allie Thomsen, Hailey Pelletier and Simone Williams all homered as Jackson crushed Yelm in its opening game at the ARHS Fastpitch Invitational on Saturday afternoon.

Thomsen also doubled and struck out six in four innings of relieve and Rachel Sysum went 3-for-5 with a double, triple and three RBI for Jackson (5-0).

Layah Hicks had two hits for Yelm (6-1).

Jackson 7, Bonney Lake 5

AUBURN — After Bonney Lake rallied with four runs to tie the game in the top of the seventh inning, Yanina Sherwood hit a walk-off, two-run home run to give Jackson the win in the nightcap of the ARHS Fastpitch Invitational.

Sherwood finished 2-for-4 at the plate with two RBI, and also struck out nine in 6.1 innings pitched. Allie Thomsen homered for the second straight game and Leneyah Mitchell went 3-for-4 with two RBI for Jackson (6-0).

Madilyn Cannady and Kyla Cross both homered in the game for Bonney Lake (4-2).
