BURIEN — Sylas Williams poured in a game-high 32 points as Jackson raced past Kennedy Catholic during the Sterling Chistmas Classic on Thursday night.
Williams, who was named MVP of the tournament, scored 24 of his points in the first half as the Timberwolves jumped out to a 19-point lead.
Evan Bates scored 11 points and Bradley Tharp added 10 for Jackson (8-1).
Jamare Childs lead Kennedy Catholic (4-3) with 26 points.
Tahoma 70, Mariner 57
BURIEN — Makai Bloomfield scored a team-high 17 points and Mohamad Camara added 15, but Mariner fell to Tahoma in a non-league game.
Jailin Johnson scored 13 points and Tijan Saine added 12 for Mariner (6-3)
Carson Talbert scored a game-high 21 points for Tahoma (5-2).
