EDMONDS — Janie Hanson and Bella Dreizler each recorded hat tricks as the Warriors improved to 3-1 overall and 1-1 in league play. Viviana Adkins scored two first-half goals against the Royals (0-4, 0-2). Natalie Maxey also scored for E-W, and Kate Baldock and Isabel Han each contributed a pair of assists.

Lynnwood — The Royals swept Mountlake Terrace by scores of 25-14, 25-10 and 25-14 in the first league match of the season for both teams. Lynnwood (3-0 overall, 1-0 league) was led by Sammy Holmer’s 11 kills, two aces and three blocks) while Evangeline Sum added 25 assists and three kills. The Hawks dropped to 1-2 overall.
