GRANITE FALLS — Steph Hall laced a two-run double in the top of the seventh inning to help Cedarcrest edge its Cascade Conference rival. Granite Falls pitchers combined to yield 10 walks. Jessica Mueller batted 2-for-4 with a double and two RBI for the Tigers.
