COUPEVILLE — McKayla Bailey hit a double with runners on second and third to score the winning run and earn Coupeville its first Cascade Conference win of the season. The Wolves got a late start to the season as their first two games were rained out buy they didn’t waste any time once they got on the field, playing a back-and-forth game that ended with the dramatic walk-off double. Bessie Walstad and Hailey Hammer also got two hits apiece for Coupeville. Cantel Brown and Haley Viers were both 3-for-5 and Ellie Greene had a triple for South Whidbey in the loss.
