EVERETT — Everett pitcher Lexi Levin did it with her arm and her bat in leading the Seagulls to a nonleague win. Levin went the distance on the mound, striking out nine and allowing just one earned run as Everett improved to 3-1. With two outs and Everett ahead 2-1 in the fourth inning, Kiki Harper singled and stole second and third. Chloe Kesterson and Lauren Kesterson walked to load the bases and Levin doubled to right to drive in two. Arlington scored once in the sixth and once in the seventh off errors but left the tying run on first base in the final inning. Chloe Kesterson had two hits — including a solo home run in the third — and scored three runs and Levin and Harper each had two hits for Everett. Ronnie Ladines went 2-for-3 with a double for Arlington (1-2).
