SULTAN — Lakewood’s Katie Smith batted 3-for-4 with a run scored and Terah Barrio hit a two-run triple in the third to lead the Cougars to the win in the Cascade Conference game. Sultan pitcher Shelby Jeffries pitched a complete game allowing only one earned run and striking out 13.
