Wesco 4A

Lake Stevens 2, Arlington 1

LAKE STEVENS — On a day when both pitchers dominated, No. 9 hitter Addi Fletcher made all the difference for the Vikings. The Lake Stevens second baseman doubled in a run in the third inning, then forced in a run with a bases-loaded walk in the following inning. That allowed Charli Pugmire’s day in the pitching circle — four hits, one run and 12 strikeouts — to stand up against Arlington pitcher Peyton’s Aanastad’s 10 K’s and two runs (one earned). Catcher Alaina Emme registered three of the Vikings’ five hits and scored on Fletcher’s walk.

Kamiak 7, Jackson 6 (10)

MUKILTEO — The Knights walked it off in the 10th inning.

Meadowdale 10, Shorecrest 3

LYNNWOOD — The Mavericks (4-5 overall, 3-1 league) pounded 14 hits, led by Zoe de Mello (3-for-4, two RBI, two runs), Jaeden Sajec (2-for-3, homer, two RBI, two runs) Olivia Feistel (2-for-4, two runs, RBI) and Peyton Fry (two doubles, RBI). Feistel pitched a complete game, striking out 12 while scattering nine hits and allowing a lone earned run. Lilia Pomaika’i Pua Titiali’i-McKinnon and Claire Maxwell each had two hits for Shorecrest (3-8, 0-6).

Edmonds-Woodway 5, Shorewood 1

SHORELINE — The Warriors (7-3 overall, 3-1 league) pulled away with four runs over the final two innings. The first three batters in the lineup — Catie Ingalls (single, double, triple), Ella Campbell (double, homer) and Abby McCorvey (2-for-4 with a double) — powered Edmonds-Woodway’s offense. Maddie Schilperoort doubled and tripled for Shorewood (8-5, 3-2), and Rose Gallagher chipped in with a pair of hits.
