Prep softball: Shorecrest 12, Kamiak 6

MUKILTEO — Amanda Hartley pitched a complete-game and went 4-for-5 with two doubles for Shorcrest in a season-opening nonleague win. Alissa Kaufhold also had a pair of doubles for the Scots. Shelby Merk had a double and a triple for Kamiak.
