Prep stars for Saturday, April 13

Here are the prep stars of the night for Saturday, April 13:

Bodie Hezel, South Whidbey boys track and field

Hezel, a junior, finished first in the 110 meter hurdles and the 300 hurdles with times of 15.86 and 43.35 seconds, respectively, at the Terrace Invite at Edmonds Stadium. He also helped the Falcons’ 4×400 relay team to a first-place finish.

Kiarra Green, Marysville Getchell girls track and field

Green, a senior, won the 200 meters with a time of 26.91 seconds and helped the Chargers’ 4×200 relay team to a first-place finish at the Terrace Invite.

Lily Mays, Snohomish girls track and field

Mays, a junior, won the 100 meters with a time of 12.98 seconds and the the 200 with a time of 27.18 at the Add It Up Invite at Franklin Pierce High School.

Ethan Willems, Glacier Peak boys track and field

Willems, a junior, won the 200 meters with a personal-best time of 22.3 seconds and the 400 with a personal-best time of 48.16 at the Pasco Invitational at Edgar Brown Stadium.

Taylor Roe, Lake Stevens girls track and field

Roe, a senior, won the 800 meters with a time of 2 minutes, 15.3 seconds and the 1600 with a time of 4:58.15 at the Pasco Invitational.

Omar Salcedo, Lynnwood boys soccer

Salcedo, a senior, scored a pair of goals in the Royals’ 3-1 victory over Bothell.
