Logan Kruse, Edmonds-Woodway baseball
Kruse, a senior, tossed a complete game, allowing one run, eight hits and no walks while striking out five batters, in the Warriors’ 6-1 win over Mountlake Terrace.
Jaiden Waud, Granite Falls softball
Waud, a senior, went 2-for-2 with three RBI, three runs scored, two walks and two stolen bases in the Tigers’ 18-8 five-inning victory over Sultan.
Maia Marks, Snohomish girls tennis
Marks, a sophomore, battled back from a first-set loss to best Bellingham’s Jane Ewing 6-7(3), 6-4, (10-8) during the No. 2 singles match in the Panthers’ 5-2 win over the Red Raiders.
Jayden White, Everett boys track and field
White, a junior, won the discus by nearly 30 feet with a personal-best throw of 153 feet, 7 inches and the shot put with a 58-8.25 mark at a three-team meet at Everett Memorial Stadium.
Kaylie Hoskins, Lake Stevens softball
Hoskins, a senior, threw a complete game and struck out 20 batters while allowing two runs, two hits and two walks in the Vikings’ 8-2 victory over Kamiak.
Katie Nelson, Cascade girl track and field
Nelson, a junior, won the high jump with a 5-0 mark, the long jump with 15-8.5 leap and the triple jump with a 35-6 mark at a three-team meet at Cedarcrest High School.
Nicole Brunette, Meadowdale girls golf
Brunette, a sophomore, shot a 5-over-par 40 to earn meadlist honors in a three-team match at Legion Memorial Golf Course.
