Jetlynn Hau, Stanwood, girls swimming

Hau, a junior, recorded a state qualifying time (1 minute, 8.63 seconds) in the 100 breaststroke during the Spartans’ 96-74 win over Cascade. Hau missed a second state time in the 200 individual medley by one second.

Keile Hansen, forward, Jackson girls soccer

Hansen, a senior, scored a goal in her fourth consecutive match as the Timberwolves beat Monroe 2-0 in a Wesco 4A match.

Riley Monan, outside hitter, Lynnwood volleyball

Monan, a senior, put on an epic performance in defeat for the Royals, pounding out 22 kills, digging 33 balls and serving three aces in a 3-1 Wesco 3A loss to Arlington.

Karina Dahlquist, setter, Lake Stevens volleyball

Dahlquist, a senior, dished out 28 assists and served a whopping 13 service aces in the Vikings’ three-set sweep of Cascade in their Wesco 4A and season opener.
