Prep stars of the night for Wednesday, Feb. 5

PREP STARS OF THE NIGHT FOR WEDNESDAY, FEB. 5:

Brayden Corwin, Glacier Peak boys basketball

Corwin, a senior wing, made his only bucket of the game count, sinking a 3-pointer with about 1 minute, 30 seconds remaining in a Wesco 4A game against Jackson that gave the Grizzlies the lead to stay in a 54-51 win.

Jaxon Miller, Archbishop Murphy boys basketball game

Miller, a senior guard, scored all 15 of his points in the fourth quarter, but it wasn’t enough for the Wildcats to complete their comeback attempt in a 59-55 loss to Mountlake Terrace in a Wesco 3A/2A contest.
