PREP TRACK ROUNDUP: King’s sweeps Cascade Conference meet

DUVALL — Curtis Clauson won the 300-meter hurdles and the shot put to lead King’s to the boys championship and Karli Storkson won the 100 and 200 for King’s, which also won the 800 and 1,600 relay races en route to the girls title in the Cascaxde Conference meet Friday at Cedarcrest H.S.

Coupeville’s Tyler King added wins in the 800 and 3,200 to his Wednesday victory in the 1,600. Sultan’s Rici Morrill added a win in the 3,200 to go with her Wednesday victories in the 800 and 1,600. South Whidbey’s Cayla Calderwood added a win in the long jump to her Wednesday wins in the high and triple jumps.
