Prep Track Roundup: Lake Stevens’ Pahukoa shines in Pasco

PASCO — In one of track and field’s bigger meets, four local high schools joined 53 others at the Pasco Invitational on Saturday. Lake Stevens was the lone 4A high school, while Shorecrest was there for 3A and Cedarcrest and Lakewood represented the area’s 2A schools.

When the final points were tallied, Mead High School took home first place for boys with a point total of 60 while Meridian (54) took second and North Central and Wenatchee tied for third place with 36 points each.
