DUVALL — Lauren Labrosse did a bit of everything with 24 assists, a block, a kill, and an ace, helping Cedarcrest put away Granite falls in a Cascade Conference match. Cedarcrest took a quick 2-0 lead 25-22, 26-24, but couldn’t quite close it out, losing the next two 16-25, 15-25, before squeaking out a 15-13 victory in the fifth set. Peyton Spencer made a valiant effort for Granite Falls, putting up 20 kills and 17 digs, but it wasn’t quite enough. Cedarcrest improved to 4-9 league, 4-9 overall, while Granite Falls fell to 3-10, 3-11.
