LYNNWOOD — Meadowdale defeated Shorewood 25-19, 24-26, 28-26, 25-15 in the Wesco 3A clash to remain atop the standings at 9-1 league, 9-5 overall. The Mavericks’ Lindsey Miner had 16 kills and 15 digs, Morgan Buckingham had 15 kills and Payton Shrun had 45 assists, 11 digs and served 29-for-29. Shorewood (7-3, 9-5) was led by Molly Whipple’s 16 kills, six digs and three blocks; Jessie Huffman’s 27 digs, and Carolyn Stransky’s 39 assists and seven digs.
