The WHL released its preseason schedule today. Here’s Everett’s:
Everett Silvertips preseason tournament
8/31, Portland vs. Seattle, 3 p.m.; Tri-City vs. Everett, 7 p.m.
9/1, Portland vs. Tri-City, 3 p.m.; Spokane vs. Everett, 7 p.m.
9/2, Spokane vs. Seattle, 1 p.m.; Portland vs. Everett, 5 p.m.
Tri-City preseason tournament
9/7, Spokane vs. Everett, 11 a.m.
9/8, Kootenay vs. Everett, 11 a.m.
9/14, Everett at Seattle, 7:35 p.m.
9/15, Seattle at Everett, 7:05 p.m.
Just the five U.S. Division teams at the Silvertips preseason tournament again, meaning just two games per day. Otherwise, it’s pretty much the standard Everett preseason schedule. We can pretty much just drop the Tips into a template each year.
The regular season schedule is supposed to be released next Wednesday.
