OK, here’s a quick update for tomorrow’s final exhibition game against Seattle at the Kent Valley Ice Centre. David Reekie is sick and won’t be making the trip, meaning Shayne Barrie will be getting a full game in. Jordan Mistelbacher (concussion) and Carter Smith (knee) remain out because of injury, though both appear to be making progress toward a return. With seven other players still away at NHL camps, that means the Tips will have just 21 available bodies today. Still a skeleton crew for the Tips with just a week remaining before the start of the season.
