It was a long weekend for the Tips. Everett just finished its first three-in-three weekend of the season, one that consisted of three tough road games. Everett started well with a quality 4-3 victory at Chilliwack, then lost a hard-fought contest at Portland 4-2 before finishing up with a tired 3-0 loss at Vancouver.
At least that’s the way those games were described on the radio, and that’s the problem. Those of us who were stuck at home were only able to get second-hand information on the games. However, I know Everett fans travel well, and all three destinations this past weekend were pretty easy road trips. Therefore, I imagine there was a strong contingent of Tips fans who got first-hand looks at each of the weekend’s games.
And that’s what I’m looking for. If you attended any of this weekend’s games, both I and the rest of the fans would be interested in any report you can provide. So here’s your chance to be the reporter. Game reports are requested in the comments section. As I’ve seen just one of Everett’s past eight games, I’d appreciate any help I can receive in getting a better handle on this team.
