River fishing clinic

On Nov. 12, the Everett Steelhead and Salmon Club and Everett Parks will co-host a steelhead and river fishing clinic at Floral Hall, Forest Park in Everett. The clinic runs from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Experts will cover how to fish for salmon and steelhead in local rivers, including float fishing, drift fishing, spoon and spinner fishing and fishing jigs, and an intro to fly fishing. They will present tips on rigging tackle, knot tying, and reading water, and answer audience questions. All free and open to the public.
