Everett’s trade deadline acquisition, center Ryan Harrison, finally got into town this evening. He had several flight issues that delayed his arrival, so he wasn’t able to practice with the team today.
However everyone else, with the exception of defenseman Chad Suer (broken jaw), was there. All the players who were out sick last weekend appear to have recovered. That includes leading scorer Tyler Maxwell, who’s been out sick for two weeks. It turns out Maxwell had pneumonia, and just as he was recovering from that he caught the flu. Rough couple of weeks for him, but he declared himself 100 percent.
Also back at full strength is center Manraj Hayer, who’s been out with a shoulder injury. Winger Campbell Elynuik, who has his own shoulder injury, is participating in practices on a limited basis.
