Seahawks strong safety Deon Grant will play despite his hand injury, Seahawks coach Jim Mora said in his press conference today. Grant saw a hand specialist Tuesday, and it was determined that he could continue to play with a cast on his hand. Mora said the cast will not cover his fingers or thumb.
Grant has started 138 straight games going back to the start of the 2001 season.
RB Julius Jones, who missed last week’s game with a bruised lung, will not practice today, but is still expected to be ready for Sunday’s game.
CB Josh Wilson (concussion) is expected to practice today and play Sunday.
