The San Antonio Silver Stars moved back into a tie with the Seattle Storm for second place in the Western Conference on Saturday with a 72-64 victory over the Tulsa Shock.
Sophia Young scored 20 points and Becky Hammon chipped in 19 to lead the Silver Stars (12-8). Tiffany Jackson scored 27 points to lead the lowly Shock (1-19).
The Washington Mystics also scored a somewhat surprising victory over the New York Liberty, 91-81.
Matee Ajavon tied her career-high, scoring 32 points to lead the Mystics (4-14). Cappie Pondexter scored 21 points to lead the Liberty (12-9).
