So the hope today was that we’d find out who is starting at quarterback today, but as mentioned earlier, Pete Carroll was mum on that subject this morning and on the day the media was supposed to talk to the starting quarterback, neither was made available.
This day has unfolded so strangely, even the normally tight-lipped and stoic Jeremy Bates was cracking jokes.
“I’m not allowed to answer that question,” the offensive coordinator said before the first question was even finished. “Next?”
Perhaps we’ll know more tomorrow–we’re told a quarterback(s) will talk Thursday, and we’ll hear from Carroll one more time–but my guess is the mystery will carry over to Saturday.
As for today’s injury report, there isn’t much of one as far as the Seahawks are concerned.
