Seahawks-Cardinals inactives

No big surprises for the Seahawks on their inactive list. Left guard James Carpenter, who was questionable with an ankle injury, worked out before the game, but he will not play. That will means Alvin Bailey will start a third straight game at guard. The Seahawks are without Max Unger as well, so Seattle is missing two starting linemen. Seahawks coach Pete Carroll wouldn’t say Friday whether Patrick Lewis or the just re-signed Lemuel Jeanpierre will start at center in Unger’s place.

The biggest news on the injury front for Arizona is that Pro Bowl receiver Larry Fitzgerald won’t play because of a knee injury suffered last week. Fitzgerald didn’t practice all week, but had been listed as questionable. This will be just the fifth game Fitzgerald has missed in his career, and ends a streak of 110 consecutive games played.

Seahawks inactives: CB Marcus Burley, LB Kevin Pierre-Louis, LB Allen Bradford, C Max Unger, G James Carpenter, TE RaShaun Allen, DE Demarcus Dobbs.

Cardinals inactives: WR Larry Fitzgerald, RB Kerwynn Williams, LB Desmond Bishop, LB Glenn Carson, NT Alameda Ta’amu, DT Ed Stinson, TE Matthew Mulligan.
