While the Seahawks frequently echo Pete Carroll in saying they treat every game the same, it appears they might be enjoying their latest victory a bit more than most after the fact.
The most obvious visual representation came in the form of Russell Wilson and Richard Sherman enjoying a postgame Thanksgiving meal on the 49ers logo at midfield.

After the game, Bruce Irvin mocked what has become a 49ers’ rallying cry with this tweet.
Whosss got it better than us?!!! NOOOBOODYYYY! #12thman

Then Russell Wilson posted this video on Instagram, and if you aren’t familiar with what “Bye Felicia” means, go ahead and google it. I’d link to an explanation, but most use naughty language. Safe to say, it’s a way of being dismissive to a foe.

Though to be fair, Wilson did later follow with this Tweet, so maybe his intentions were pure, though I’m not sure what else that can mean. Maybe the Seahawks players just have a friend named Felicia in the Bay Area they wanted to say goodbye to before leaving, right?
By the way… The Bye Felicia video has Nothing to do w/ the 49ers. We respect their players and team. No disrespect at all of course.

And finally, watch Richard Sherman’s press conference for a few jabs at the 49ers and their fans.
