Seahawks trade down in second round

The Seahawks were on the clock, for a moment, then they weren’t after trading their second-round pick (43rd overall) to the Jets. New York used that pick Georgia Tech WR Stephen Hill.

For moving that pick, Seattle receives New York’s second-round pick (No. 47) and also gets a fifth (154) and a seventh (232).

As it stands now, tomorrow will be a wild day for the Seahawks, who now possess two picks in the fourth round, one in the fifth, two in the sixth and two in the seventh.
