Here’s the official injury report for Sunday’s game between the Seattle Seahawks and San Francisco 49ers at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif.:
SEATTLE
Out: RB C.J. Prosise (shoulder).
Doubtful: none.
Questionable: none.
Notes: It’s a short injury list for the Seahawks this week as Prosise, who’s a long-term casualty, is the only player listed. Seattle will also be without receiver Tyler Lockett (broken leg), who was placed in injured reserve this week and is out for the season.
SAN FRANCISCO
Out: C Marcus Martin (ankle), G Andrew Tiller (ankle).
Doubtful: none.
Questionable: CB Dontae Johnson (groin), T Joe Staley (hamstring), CB Rashard Robinson (hamstring).
Notes: The most notable injury for the 49ers is to running back Carlos Hyde, as the team’s leading rusher was placed on injured reserve this week after suffering a torn MCL in his knee during last week’s 22-21 victory over the Los Angeles Rams. San Francisco has some issues on the offensive line as starting center Tiller is out and starting left tackle Staley is questionable. Another starter in Robinson is also listed as questionable.
