Seahawks vs. Cardinals lineup notes: Chancellor sits

SEATTLE

Inactives: CB Tye Smith, RB Marshawn Lynch, SS Kam Chancellor, G J.R. Sweezy, T Russell Okung, TE Luke Willson, DT A.J. Francis.

Notes: The big news is that Chancellor, who returned to practice after missing the previous two games because of a bruised tailbone, is not active. Chancellor was listed as questionable and Seahawks coach Pete Carroll said Friday there was a chance Chancellor would play. Okung (calf), who was doubtful, is also unable to make it. Lynch (abdominal), Sweezy (concussion) and Willson (concussion) were already ruled out. But DT Jordan Hill (toe) is back after missing the past four games. With Okung and Sweezy out, Seattle will be without two-fifths of its starting offensive line. Alvin Bailey and Mark Glowinski likely to fill in.

ARIZONA

Inactives: QB Matt Barkley, CB Corey White, LB Marcus Golden, LB Shaq Riddick, T D.J. Humphries, NT Xavier Williams, DT Josh Mauro.

Notes: The Cardinals are without Golden, a starter who was already ruled out because of a knee injury. Mauro (calf), a back-up, is also out injured. However, all of Arizona’s questionables — WR Michael Floyd (knee), LB Dwight Freeney (knee), S Rashad Johnson (ankle/illness) and DT Frostee Rucker (ankle) — are active.
