Seahawks vs. Jets lineup notes: C.J. Spiller is active

Here’s the inactives for Sunday’s game between the Seattle Seahawks and New York Jets:

SEATTLE

Inactive: RB C.J. Prosise, RB Thomas Rawls, SS Tyvis Powell, G Rees Odhiambo, T George Fant, TE Nick Vannett, DT Jarran Reed.

Notes: Prosise (wrist), Rawls (fibula), Vannett (ankle) and Reed (hip) are all inactive because of injuries. Tight end Jimmy Graham (knee/back) and linebacker Mike Morgan (hip) had been listed as questionable, but are active. Rookie guard Germain Ifedi (ankle), Seattle’s first-round draft pick, is active for the first time in his NFL career and expected to start. Running back C.J. Spiller, signed Wednesday, is thrown straight into the fray.

NEW YORK

Inactive: QB Christian Hackenberg, QB Bryce Petty, CB Darryl Roberts, T Brandon Shell, WR Eric Decker, TE Austin Seferian-Jenkins, WR Jalin Marshall.

Notes: Decker (shoulder), who is a starter at receiver, Marshall (shoulder), the team’s top return man, and Petty (shoulder) had already been ruled out because of injuries. Starting left tackle Ryan Clady (shoulder), who has been listed as questionable, is active. Seferian-Jenkins, the former University of Washington Husky who was signed this week after being cut by Tampa Bay because of a DUI, is deemed not yet ready to contribute.
