Notes: Williams, a big-money offseason free agent signing, is a healthy scratch for the second straight week. Seattle’s two question marks, FB Will Tukuafu (concussion) and CB Marcus Burley (ankle), are both active. Coffman, signed this week, doesn’t make the game-day squad, but two others signed this week, DT A.J. Francis and RB DuJuan Harris, do. Lynch (abdominal), Dobbs (concussion) and Hill (toe) are out injured. Two players, TE Jimmy Graham (knee) and WR Paul Richardson (hamstring), were placed on injured reserve this week.
MINNESOTA
Inactives: QB Taylor Heinicke, SS Andrew Sendejo, LB Edmond Robinson, C Nick Easton, T Jeremiah Sirles, DE Justin Trattou, DT Linval Joseph.
Notes: Minnesota is without two starters on defense as Sendejo (knee) and Joseph (foot) sit out injured. However, the two Vikings starters on defense who were questionable, LB Anthony Barr and FS Harrison Smith, are both active.
