After receiver Sidney Rice missed two days of practice this week, his status for Sunday’s game against Washington became a question mark, but Rice was able to participate fully in Friday’s practice and is “ready to go,” according to coach Pete Carroll.
Also practicing fully, which was a surprise, was quarterback Tarvaris Jackson, who continues to deal with a pectoral injury. Jackson practiced fully Thursday with the plan being for him to take it easy today, but he felt good enough that he was able to go through the entire practice.
DT Alan Branch again missed practice with an ankle injury and will be a game-day decision, as will cornerback Byron Maxwell.
