KENT — The Seattle Thunderbirds of the Western Hockey League announced Thursday they will play their first game in their new home, the ShoWare Center in Kent, on Jan. 3 against the Everett Silvertips.
Game time is 7:05 p.m.
The T-Birds play their final game in KeyArena on Dec. 30 against the Chilliwack Bruins.
Single-game tickets for the Everett-Seattle game on Jan. 3 go on sale at 9 a.m. Friday on the T-Birds’ Web site at www.seattlethunderbirds.com. Single-game tickets are available only online, the team said.
