FC Silver Lake Strikers blank Eastside FC: Kyle Benson scored off an assist from Erik Olsoy and Tyson Rickman scored with an assist from Sam Loose as the FC Silver Lake Strikers U13 boys defeated Eastside FC 88 Red of Bellevue 2-0 Sunday. Goalkeepers Dirk Snel and Matt Baskett combined on the shutout as the Strikers improved their league mark to 8-2.
Hastings and Taylor pull hat tricks in Avalanche victory: Tye Hastings and Alex Taylor scored three goals each as the Cascade Avalanche U11 boys downed Magnolia United 10-5 Sunday. Dylan Harrington added two goals and two assists for the victors.
