Spokane County Raceway operator vows to pay bills

More news about the situation at Spokane County Raceway as reported by Jim Camden in the Spokesman-Reivew.

Also, the Inland Northwest Super Stock Association (INSSA) and the Northwest Pro 4 Alliance have reported that this weekend’s oval-track racing at SCR has been canceled.
