Herald writers Josh Horton (@JoshHortonEDH) and Zac Hereth (@ZacHereth) discuss the recently passed WIAA classification amendments and the affects they may have locally. The two amendments set hard-line numbers for each classification and used free and reduced lunch rates in an effort to find competitive balance for poverty-stricken schools. The amendments go into affect starting with the 2020-2021 school year.
The show finishes with three things to know around the area, including a few winter sports starting their postseasons.
