POST FALLS, IDAHO – Stateline Speedway announced Tuesday it will hold its annual membership registration meeting Saturday Jan. 24 at the Red Lion Templins in Post Falls, Idaho. The meeting will start at 9 a,m, with remarks from track Promoter Joe Doellefeld.
Drivers and crews who will compete at the speedway during the season are encouraged to attend. Registration for local classes will be available starting at 9 a,m. until noon, including co-driver registration and EMS Group Coverage.
Inland Northwest residents considering racing as a new hobby in entry-level divisions like Road Runners and Hobby Cars are also encouraged to attend and network with veteran participants and track officials.
Officials will be on hand to answer questions about the season, release practice dates and clarify technicalo questions. Copies of the 2009 rule book will be available along with promotional material.
Car numbers will be held until March 28. Membership is $30. EMS Group Coverage is also $30.
Events for 2009 are tentatively set to begin Saturday, March 28 with the annual, all invited, Racer’s Jamboree. Practice weekends will start Saturday, March 21 and Thursday, March 26.
