The Seattle Storm are winning the battle of tempo’s so far. The Storm have the Silver Stars playing a slow halfcourt game and it is working to Seattle’s advantage as they lead 16-9.

m so there is room for improvement, but held the Silver Stars to just 18.8 percent.
Point guard Sue Bird scored her 4,000th career point in the first quarter for the Storm.
