SEATTLE — Middle linebacker Lofa Tatupu joined Pro Bowl teammates Matt Hasselbeck and Patrick Kerney on the Seattle Seahawks’ list of inactives for today’s game against Philadelphia.
Tatupu will not play in the game because of a strained groin he suffered in last week’s win over San Francisco. D.D. Lewis, who finished that game, will start in his place today.
Kerney is scheduled to be in Alabama for a medical update on his injured left shoulder, while Hasselbeck continues to be sidelined by a back injury.
The other inactives include kicker Brandon Coutu, guard Mansfield Wrotto, wide receiver Deion Branch, tight end Will Heller and defensive tackle Howard Green.
Fullback Leonard Weaver is limited by a foot injury but is available to play today. Rookie Owen Schmitt is expected to start in his place.
