Trenton Tuiasosopo seeking a sixth year?

Defensive coordinator Ed Donatell talked to the media today about his defense and a few other things.

One thing Donatell mentioned that was news to us is that linebacker Trenton Tuiasosopo is seeking an extra year of eligibility. Tuiasosopo, a fifth-year senior from Mariner High School, missed almost all of his freshman year with a knee injury, then missed the following season with a head injury suffered in a bike accident.

If he did get another year, that would mean the Huskies would lose only two starters on defense, tackle Johnie Kirton and cornerback Mesphin Forrester.
