The Minnesota Lynx scored an impressive victory over the Phoenix Mercury on Tuesday night, 90-73.
Maya Moore scored 22 points and Seimone Augustus added 21, to lead the Lynx (14-4). With the win, the Lynx have a commanding advantage in the Western Conference with just over a month to play in
the regular season.
Diana Taurasi scored 20 points to lead the Mercury (11-8).
The New York Liberty also notched a victory over the Atlanta Dream, 85-75.
Pienette Pierson scored 20 points to lead the Liberty (11-8). Angel McCoughtry led the Dream (8-11) with 24.
In Tuesday’s other game, the Seattle Storm knocked of the San Antonio Silver Stars 78-64.
