SEATTLE — Washington dropped its regular-season volleyball finale 3-2 to Oregon on Friday night, squandering a chance to share the Pacific-10 Conference title.
The Huskies (23-5, 13-5 Pac-10) were one point away from beating the Ducks when Oregon (18-9, 9-9) rallied to win the fourth set and force a fifth. The Ducks eventually won the marathon match 15-25, 21-25, 25-23, 31-29, 15-13. The loss left the Huskies in second-place, a game behind Stanford.
