VIDEO: Youth motocross rider Cobey Carper in action

Cobey Carper, a 14-year-old from Gold Bar, qualified to race in the Rocky Mountain ATV/MC AMA Amateur National Motocross Championships, which take place July 31-Aug. 5 in Hurricane Mills, Tennessee. The event is considered the biggest amateur motocross race in the nation.
