Thomas Blahous

Edmonds-Woodway | Baseball

Blahous, a junior, threw a no-hitter in the Warriors’ 3-0 win over Cedarcrest on Thursday. Blahous struck out 17 batters and walked one.

Caterina Gasperi

Everett | Girls Tennis

Gasperi, a senior, won 6-2, 6-0 at No. 2 singles in the Seagulls’ 6-1 victory over Marysville Pilchuck on April 9, and picked up a 6-1, 6-4 victory at No. 1 singles for Everett’s only win in a 6-1 loss to Snohomish on Friday.

Alvin Kwak

Kamiak | Boys Golf

Kwak, a senior, shot a 5-under 67 to win the prestigious Tom Dolan Invitational on April 8 at Everett Golf & Country Club. Kwak is the first two-time winner of the annual event.

Lily Mays

Snohomish | Girls Track and Field

Mays, a junior, won the 100-meter race in a time of 12.98 seconds, and the 200 in 27.18 at the Add It Up Invite on Saturday at Franklin Pierce High School in Tacoma.

River Stewart

Meadowdale | Boys Soccer

Stewart, a sophomore, scored four goals in the Mavericks’ 10-1 win over Oak Harbor on April 8.

Ethan Willems

Glacier Peak | Boys Track and Field

Willems, a junior, won the 200 with a personal-best time of 22.3, and the 400 with a personal-best time of 48.16 at the Pasco Invitational on Saturday at Edgar Brown Stadium.

Amanda Wingert

Jackson | Softball

Wingert, a sophomore, threw a five-inning perfect game as the Timberwolves beat Mariner, 17-0, on April 9. Wingert struck out 10 and went 3-for-3 with a home run and two RBI.
